Allen Abraham is an associate at Cooper, Paroff & Graham, P.C. During his time at Cooper Paroff, Allen’s peers have perceived him as an effective advocate for his clients and an intelligent litigator. Allen has successfully tried matters in both Civil and Supreme Court of the State of New York. He has argued Orders to Show Cause before the Appellate Division Second Department. In addition to litigation, Allen represents clients in multimillion dollar business ventures by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, joint venture agreements, construction contracts, NDAs, and leases.
Allen earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2016 and he earned his B.S. in Information Systems Management and Business Management with a concentration in Finance from Stony Brook University in 2013.
